Many real estate agents think their most important job is simply satisfying the customer. We strive to go beyond that. Our intention is to provide the best level of service by constantly working to improve our systems and processes to ensure that you have the most relevant, comprehensive, and objective information to make the most informed decision, whether you are buying or selling your home.

Nancy Dinshaw, Broker Associate

You just have to meet Nancy to know that she is different than other Real Estate agents. Nancy is down-to-earth and hard working. She strives to make your experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible by making herself available to guide and assist you in making probably one of the biggest and most important investments you’ll make. She provides you with all the support and tools that you need to navigate the Real Estate market whether it’s finding your dream home, or getting the best offers on your current home. Nancy brings a comprehensive understanding of current market conditions by constantly striving to stay on top of economic news. She also brings integrity and skill in negotiating the best price for her customers. In addition to her in-depth knowledge of the residential real estate market, she brings over five years of experience in Property Management in the SF Bay Area rental market.  She has also participated in real estate education, having taught NMLS continuing education courses.

Before starting her Real Estate business, Nancy sang with the National Opera of Romania, Timisoara for 10 years, performing in a variety of roles. As anyone who has performed in front of an audience knows, you must come to the role prepared. It’s the same level of preparation and commitment to excellence Nancy brings to her current role as Real Estate agent.

In the spirit of giving back to the community, Nancy volunteers for the Cupertino school district, providing music lessons to kindergarten children. Previously, she volunteered for The Potter’s House Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to at-risk children.
